Each skirt has its own garment measurements and a body size guide in centimeters and inches. Compare the waist, hip, and skirt length with a piece you already own.

We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.

All supported orders receive free standard shipping, with no minimum order value. Checkout tax is $0.00; this does not mean products are legally tax-exempt.

Handling is 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days, for a combined estimate of 4–6 business days from the applicable processing start date. This is not a delivery guarantee.

07:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders before cutoff use that day as the processing start date; orders at or after cutoff or on non-business days start on the next business day.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order reference and reason. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, with supplied tags intact. Obtain authorization before sending it to our French return address.

You pay return postage to France when changing your mind. Urbanystic covers return postage for our errors, damage, or product defects. Ordinary unused-condition and packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. There is no restocking fee.

After approval, your refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.

Read the individual care instructions on the product page. Cotton, pleated fabric, delicate tulle, and wool blends need different care.
